Lincoln Corsair: Electronic Engine Controls - 2.0L EcoBoost (177kW/240PS) – MI4 / Removal and Installation - Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) Sensor

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
    Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview (100-02 Jacking and Lifting, Description and Operation).
  1. Remove retainers and the underbody shield.
  1. Remove the oil pressure sensor.
    Torque: 102 lb.in (11.5 Nm)

Installation

  1. NOTE: Do not re-use the EOP sensor if it has been removed. A new sensor must be installed.

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
