DISASSEMBLY

Remove the transmission case cover.
Refer to: Transmission Case Cover (307-01B Automatic Transmission - Automatic Transmission – HF45, Removal and Installation).

If equipped, cut and discard the tie strap.
-
disconnect the park lock actuator.
-
Remove the park lock actuator bolts.
-
Disconnect and remove the park lock actuator.
ASSEMBLY

NOTE:
Make sure park rod is installed in the park rod guide.
Connect and install the park lock actuator.
-
Install the park lock actuator bolts.
Torque:
97 lb.in (11 Nm)

Connect the park lock actuator.
-
Install a new tie strap.
-
Install the transmission case cover.
