Interior Trim Remover

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Open the rear tail gate.
  1. Release the clips and remove the upper liftgate trim panel.
    Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
  1. Release the clips and remove the RH liftgate trim panel.
    Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
    1. Disconnect the electrical connector and detach the wiring harness clips.
    1. Disconnect the rear wiper hose connector.
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
    • Remove the spoiler to liftgate short bolts.
      Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
    • Remove the spoiler to liftgate length bolts.
      Torque: 22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)
  1. Remove the fasteners.
    Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
    1. Remove the trim pins.
      Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
    1. Remove the spoiler assembly.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
