Lincoln Corsair: Front End Body Panels / Removal and Installation - Active Grille Shutter Actuator

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the active grille shutter.
   Refer to: Active Grille Shutter (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).
   

1. On both sides.
   Release the tabs and remove the upper vane bearing.
   Install the General Equipment: Flat Headed Screw Driver

1. On both sides.
   Remove the vane.

   1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
      
   2. Release the tab.
      
   3. Remove the active grille shutter actuator.
      

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
