PINPOINT TEST A: NO START
Introduction

Sets when the PCM indicates an engine concern, or the engine does not start within a calibrated maximum time.
This DTC may be accompanied by other Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). Diagnose all other DTCs first.
If no other
Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, and a driveability symptom
is present, including no start or misfiring, continue diagnosis by
symptom.
If there are no driveability symptoms present, return the vehicle to the customer with information about the DTC .
