Lincoln Corsair: Steering Wheel and Column Electrical Components / Removal and Installation - Steering Column Control Switch

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the steering column shrouds.
   Refer to: Steering Column Shrouds (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
   

1. Remove the retainer and disconnect the steering column control switch electrical connector.
   Torque: 27 lb.in (3 Nm)

1. 
   Remove the steering column control switch.
   
   1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
      
   2. Release the locking tab.
      
   3. Remove the steering column control switch.
      

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
