Lincoln Corsair: Supplemental Restraint System / Removal and Installation - Seat Position Sensor

Removal

NOTE: LH (left-hand) seat shown, RH (right-hand) seat similar.

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Raise the front seat to the full up position.
    1. Disconnect the seat position sensor electrical connector.
    1. Remove the seat position sensor screw.
      Torque: 8 lb.in (0.9 Nm)
    1. Remove the seat position sensor.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
