Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the valve cover.
    Refer to: Valve Cover (303-01A Engine - 2.0L EcoBoost (177kW/240PS) – MI4, Removal and Installation).
  1. Remove the bolts and the VCT oil control solenoids.
    Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
