Lincoln Corsair: Rear Seats / Removal and Installation - Power Fold Seat Motor
Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the rear seat cushion and cover as an assembly.
Refer to: Rear Seat Cushion Cover (501-10B Rear Seats, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the power fold seat motor electrical connector.

Position the power fold seat motor cable aside.

Depress the release tabs.
-
Position the release cable out of the mounting bracket.
-
Position the release cable out of the guide.
-
Remove the cable eyelet from the motor.
-
Remove the power fold seat motor screws.
Torque:
44 lb.in (5 Nm)

Remove the power fold seat motor.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Removal
Remove the load space trim panel.
Refer to: Loadspace Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
